The Bucyrus Fire Department was called to a vehicle fire at an E. Mansfield St. car wash late Sunday afternoon.
A BFD officer said the fire was caused by a short-circuit from a combination of water from the car wash and an improperly installed wiring connection for trailer lighting.
The fire was contained and no injuries were reported.
Bucyrus Police Department and ambulance services also responded.
