The Bucyrus Farmers Market will kick off its season on May 2. The market will be open from 8:30 a.m. until noon at 1695 East Mansfield St., across from AutoZone, rain or shine. There will be no early sales.
The Farmers Market will feature in-season produce and fruit; flowers; bedding plants; herbs; hanging baskets; planters; organic-fed beef, pork, and chicken; baked goods; homemade all natural soap and bath products; arts and crafts; jewelry; maple syrup; honey; jam; and pepper butter. Non-profit groups will also be grilling for a donation.
The 2015 Bucyrus Farmers Market Schedule is as follows:
- May 2, 9, 16, 23, 30
- June 6, 13, 20, 27
- July 4, 11, 18, 25
- August 1, 8, 15, 22, 29
- September 5, 12, 19, 26
- October 10, 17, 24
