Bucyrus Council to vote on out-of-town workers tax credit

Bucyrus City Council Finance Committee will hold a special Finance Committee meeting on Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at 7 P.M. in the Council Chambers of Bucyrus City Hall, 500 S. Sandusky Ave., Bucyrus. Steve Pifer, chairman, and members John Walker and Monica Sack have called the special committee meeting.

Purpose of the special Finance meeting is to clarify the language used to repeal the income tax reciprocity provision for out-of-town workers.

The entire Council will vote on legislation for the tax credit at the regular meeting scheduled to begin at 7:30 P.M. Tuesday.

A transfer of funds within the General Fund, an appropriation to the Muny Motor Vehicle License Fund, and a transfer of property from Ohio Regional Development Corporation back to the City of Bucyrus are also on the legislative agenda.

The public is invited to attend the meeting.  Bucyrus City Council reserves the right to amend the agenda as needed.
