The Bucyrus City Council will meet on Monday, April 18, 2016 at 5:15 PM in Council Chambers, City Hall, 500 S Sandusky Avenue, Bucyrus, for a Public Hearing. The Public Hearing is to consider proposed amendments to the Bucyrus City Zoning Ordinance as requested by True Value at 713 S. Sandusky Avenue, Bucyrus. This Public Hearing is in accordance with Bucyrus Codified Ordinances 125.06, 1145.06, and Ohio Revised Code 713.12.
The Bucyrus City Platting Committee has recommended the following amendments to the Bucyrus Zoning Ordinances:

from (R-2) Suburban Residential District to (NB) Neighborhood Business
Immediately following the Public Hearing, a special Platting Committee meeting will be held at 5:45 PM also in Council Chambers of City Hall. The special Platting Committee meeting has been called by Wanda Sharrock, Bill O’Rourke, and Mark Makeever. The purpose of the special Platting Committee meeting is to discuss the amendments to the Bucyrus Zoning Ordinances from the Public Hearing.
The public is invited to attend the meeting.
