The Bucyrus City Council will meet at 4:30 PM Monday, August 11, 2014 for a special Council meeting (regular Council meeting rescheduled due to lack of quorum for voting purposes) to consider a regular agenda, in Council Chambers, City Hall, 500 S. Sandusky Avenue, Bucyrus.
Council will consider legislation:
- Manpower
- Create new CDBG ’13 Fund Subparagraph containing a Distribution Category and a Capital Outlay Line Item
- Various appropriations
- Repeal Line creation in CDBG ’11 Fund and create new Line Item in CDBG ‘11
- Repeal appropriation in CDBG ’11 Fund and appropriate to CDBG ’11 Fund
- Plan of Operation and Governance for Gas Aggregation
- Safety Forces & Clean-up for Bratwurst Festival
The public is invited to attend the meeting.
A special Finance Committee meeting will follow the special Council meeting, at 5:00 PM, also in Council Chambers. The Finance Committee meeting is being called by William O’Rourke chairman, Steve Pifer, and Monica Sack. The purpose of the special Finance Committee meeting is to discuss an appropriation in Safety Forces Levy in the amount of $25,000.00 and all other budget matters.
