The Bucyrus City Board of Zoning Appeals has scheduled a hearing for Tuesday, August 2, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. in Council Chambers on the 2^nd floor of City Hall. The Board will hear the following case:

SUBJECT 1 Tim Hortons would like to construct a free standing monument sign near the driveway entrance off of South Sandusky Avenue. The property stands within the Neighborhood Business District and free standing signs are not listed as being permitted in that zoning district. Unlike Taco Bell and Hardee’s; who used their existing and “Grandfathered” free standing signs, this would be a new sign that requires a sign variance granted by the Board of Zoning Appeals.
