All vehicular traffic except authorized emergency personnel will be banned Thursday, June 22, 2017 at noon until Sunday, June 25, 2017 at 3:00 a.m. on Sandusky Avenue from the south entrance to the City Square to the north entrance of the City Square, and on E Mansfield Street to Poplar Street. Local traffic will be allowed access to the alleys located between Walnut Street and Sandusky as well as the alleys located between Poplar and Sandusky to visit the local stores.
