Tonight’s Galion City Council meeting is relatively short on legislative items compared to recent meetings. City Council has just four items scheduled for a vote and only one of them is new.
An amendment regarding the city ordinance pertaining to discharging firearms is scheduled for a third and final vote. That item has raised cause for concern during its first two votes.
Up for a second vote are ordinances pertaining to annexation and AMP stranded costs. The lone new item getting a first reading is an ordinance about pool rates.
