BUCYRUS—Crawford County Now has learned that Larry Hill Jr., a former client of attorney Adam Stone, has filed a motion to withdraw his plea agreement. Hill, who is currently in prison, alleges that Stone made false promises to him and his family regarding his cooperation with DEA agents.

Hill, a resident of Upper Sandusky, was sentenced to a term of 5-71/2 years in prison last August on drug-related charges. In his motion, Hill claims that Stone misled him and his family into believing that he was working to correct his sentence. According to the motion, there was never a plea made and no involvement with the DEA.

Crawford County Now has obtained supporting emails and an alleged falsified jail visitation log as evidence to support Hill’s claim. The documents are available through a PDF link provided a the bottom of this article.
