BUCYRUS, OH (CRAWFORD COUNTY NOW)—Bond has been set for two women who were apprehended in separate traffic incidents last Friday.
The first incident occurred at approximately 2:20 p.m. in the 1000 block of Home Circle Drive. Officers stopped a vehicle driven by Erika Funfgeld, 27, of Westerville. After K-9 Capone alerted to the presence of narcotics, a search of the vehicle revealed suspected fentanyl and hydrocodone.
Police stated Funfgeld admitted to smoking fentanyl prior to the stop. She was arrested on charges of fentanyl possession and operating a vehicle while impaired (OVI).
During the investigation, one officer was transported to Bucyrus Community Hospital by the Bucyrus Fire Department for potential fentanyl exposure. The officer was evaluated and released shortly after.

Funfgeld is charged with possession of drugs and OVI. Bond was set at $75,000. Funfgeld remains in custody.

The other defendant, Michelle Webb, 47, of Upper Sandusky, was a passenger in a vehicle stopped by Bucyrus Police.Â
Following a positive alert by K-9 Capone, a search was conducted. Webb allegedly attempted to conceal a bag containing suspected methamphetamine, fentanyl, Xanax, and Adderall. After a brief struggle with officers, Webb was taken into custody.
Webb is now charged with two counts of possession of drugs, one count of failure to disclose identity, and one count of resisting arrest. She is still in custody on a bond of $75,000.
