BUCYRUS―Five of eight suspects arrested in connection with a drug raid of a South Sandusky Avenue home on Thursday evening appeared in Crawford County Municipal Court on Monday for initial hearings.
Sheila A. Sinnes, 52, 818 S. Sandusky Ave., is being held on a $100,000 bond at the Crawford County Justice Center. She is charged with complicity, a fourth-degree felony. Her son, Caleb R. Bowersock, 23, same address, is being held on a probation violation.
Kevin L. Hines Jr., 41, also of 818 S. Sandusky Ave., is charged with possession of drugs, a second-degree felony, and is being held on a $150,000 bond.
Judge Shane Leuthold set bond at $50,000 for Bryan L. Awbrey, 47, Galion. He is charged with possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, while Takiyah T. Wright, 22, Bucyrus, is facing one count of possession of heroin, also a fifth-degree felony.
A sixth person involved in the raid, Theodore Miller, 36, of Bucyrus, was also arrested on Thursday. He appeared in Crawford County Common Pleas Court on Monday morning to answer charges that he violated the terms and conditions of his community control by being arrested in connection with the bust.
Miller was on community control for possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, punishable with up to 12 months in prison.
According to the Crawford County Prosecutor’s Office, charges are being reviewed against two others in connection with the incident in which law enforcement confiscated a large amount of suspected methamphetamine, heroin and drug-related paraphernalia. The street value of the suspected methamphetamine is approximately $6,000.
