The four people arrested Tuesday in Bucyrus in two separate incidents had hearings in Municipal Court Thursday in which their bonds were set.
Bond was set by Judge Sean Leuthold at $500,000 each for Rannell Cooper, Amanda Phipps, Nicolas McIntyre and Kasie Frank. Each is charged with fifth-degree felony possession of heroin and other drug-related misdemeanors.
Cooper and Phipps were arrested late Tuesday afternoon when Bucyrus police searched a home on Prospect Street in response to a telephone call to the department. Later that same evening McIntyre and Frank were arrested after police conducted a search of a home on Cleland Avenue.
Heroin was found and seized along with other evidence during both searches on Tuesday.
McIntyre has felony convictions in Crawford County for theft and drug possession, although the theft conviction was later dismissed. Frank has a felony drug possession conviction earlier this year.
