The City of Bucyrus Utility Department announced earlier this afternoon that a boil advisory is in effect on East Oakwood Ave. from South Walnut St. to Rogers St. There is a water break in this area. Only people living in the affected area are advised to boil their drinking water until further notice.
Another announcement was made at 1:23 p.m. that the boil advisory that had been in effect for residents on Freda Dr. in the Timken subdivision had been lifted.
