Canoeing is a great way to get out and enjoy nature. And, as always, when on the water, safety is first and foremost. This program, held at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, July 13, is offered by the Crawford Park District and will begin with a boating safety lesson, followed by a canoe float around the Bucyrus Neff Reservoir. Canoes will be provided. Pre-registration is required by July 12 (419-683-9000). Funded through a grant from the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Division of Watercraft.
