The Crawford County Board of Elections met at 9 a.m. on Tuesday to begin the tedious process of certifying all of the votes from the general election on Nov. 7.
Director Ruth Leuthold has said that the process can take more than one day and that is the case this time.
The board is expecting to have the official count completed by tomorrow afternoon. There were a few races that were close in the number of votes received and Crawford County Now will have an updated story as soon as the board provides the results.
