Board of Building Standards and Appeals to hear appeal on property maintenance violations

The Bucyrus City Board of Building Standards and Appeals has scheduled a meeting for Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. in Council Chambers on the 2^nd floor of City Hall.  The Board is meeting to discuss the following:

SUBJECT 1: Mr. Kenneth Lacey, the owner of 450 Dudley Street, is appealing the amount of time given to bring the property into compliance with building codes following the notice of property maintenance violations.
