BUCYRUS, OH (CRAWFORD COUNTY NOW)—A bicyclist was killed in a collision with a pickup truck Thursday afternoon at the intersection of North Lane Street and Plymouth Street.
Police were called to the scene at approximately 3:49 p.m. Officers arrived to find an adult male trapped under the front of the truck.
Firefighters and police worked together to free the individual, who was then transported to Bucyrus Community Hospital.
The man died from his injuries shortly after arriving at the hospital.
The Bucyrus Police Department was assisted at the scene by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and Lemasters Towing.
The crash remains under investigation, and no further information has been released at this time.
