On Saturday, Feb. 25, the Buckeye Central FFA will be holding their annual pork meal dinner.
The meal will be from 5-7 pm in the Buckeye Central cafeteria
The dinner consists of a pulled pork sandwich, au gratin potatoes, green beans, cole slaw, , drinks, cookies, and ice cream. Dine in and Carry out options will be available. For $8.00 per meal this is an excellent opportunity to support the FFA Chapter and enjoy a great meal.
If you don’t already have a prepaid ticket you can contact Tyler Pope through Buckeye Central High School or just pay at the door.
There will also be a pie auction throughout the two hours.
All proceeds from the pie auction will go to the participants of the National Soils teams, who will be traveling to Oklahoma City in May.
The FFA hopes to see everyone there and wants to thank everybody in advance for their support.
This meal is sponsored by the Buckeye Central FFA Alumni. The FFA Alumni is a group of FFA supporters who consist of parents of current, former and future FFA members, former FFA members from Buckeye Central and surrounding schools, as well as other community members who support the FFA and it’s mission of promoting Premier Leadership, Personal Growth, and Career Success. If you are interested in participating in the FFA Alumni you may join them at their next FFA Alumni Meeting on Tuesday March 14th at 7:30pm in the Buckeye Central Ag. Room. If you have any questions about the FFA Alumni please contact Mr. Pope at the High School, 419-492-2266.
