LAKE ERIE SHORES & ISLANDS–Final preparations are being made to welcome country music megastar Blake Shelton, four-time GRAMMY winner Keith Urban, eight other artists/bands, and thousands of fans to Put-in-Bay for two nights of fun, friends, and music. Bash on the Bay 4 (BashontheBay.com), presented by 614 Events, promises to be one of the biggest celebrations of the summer. A limited number of tickets are still available.

Wednesday’s headliner Blake Shelton will be making his stop at Put-in-Bay during a short pause in his Friends and Heroes Tour. This platinum-selling entertainer has earned a host of honors throughout his career including the 2012 CMA Entertainer of the year, 20 ACM nominations, and both the male and overall Video of the Year trophies at the 2018 CMT Awards. As a coach for the Emmy Award-winning television show The Voice, Shelton is a six-time champion, most recently with his contestant Chloe Kohanski.

Keith Urban will take the stage on Thursday night in just his second live show in over a year as he kicks off his The Speed of Now Part 1 Tour. He’s won four GRAMMY© Awards, thirteen CMAs – including two for Entertainer of the Year, fifteen ACMs, three AMAs, and two People’s Choice Awards, and celebrated nine consecutive gold, platinum or multi-platinum albums. His latest studio album, The Speed of Now Part 1, marks the fourth in a historic streak of simultaneous #1 album debuts in the United States, Canada, and Australia.

“Having two performers of this caliber adding Put-in-Bay to their 2021 touring schedule provides twice the excitement for all who will make their way to the concert,” said event organizer, Tim Niese. “Add in the other artists and bands, the many food and beverage options available, and the energy of thousands of fans, and it sets the stage for a celebration like no other the island has seen.”

The concert will be held outdoors on the grounds of the Put-in-Bay Airport. Wednesday, Aug. 25 lineup includes Blake Shelton, Runaway June, Cale Dodd, John King, and Cumberland Run. Thursday, Aug. 26 will feature Keith Urban, Carly Pearce, Walker Hayes, Cory Farley, and The Outliers.

Multi-day and individual day tickets are still available at eTix.com. A very limited number of rooms are still available at Put-in-Bay. However, there are many lodging options in mainland communities located near the ferry terminals.
