Virginia Hall, Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP), has joined Avita Health System and is collaborating with Dr. Nyan Win in Bucyrus. She is a family medicine provider and is accepting patients of all ages.

Ms. Hall entered the medical field as a Paramedic in Montgomery, Alabama. She furthered her education with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Auburn University in Montgomery. Upon receiving her Bachelor Degree, Ms. Hall worked at a variety of hospitals, including Tampa General Hospital in Tampa, Florida, Dublin Methodist Hospital in Dublin, Ohio, and Children’s Hospital in Columbus. Ms. Hall recently completed graduate school at Otterbein College in Westerville, earning her certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

“I am thankful to have completed my clinical rotations in Crawford County with several Avita providers,” stated Ms. Hall. “I have seen the high quality of patient care provided by Avita physicians, nurse practitioners, and staff. I look forward to collaborating with Dr. Win and joining the Avita team.”

A Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) is a registered nurse (RN) who has completed advanced education (a minimum of a master’s degree) and training in the diagnosis and management of both acute and chronic illnesses. CNPs provide a broad range of healthcare services and maintain close working relationships with physicians. CNPs spend quality time with patients with an effort to learn which treatment options are best for them. CNPs often serve as a patient’s regular healthcare provider.
