Local law enforcement agencies arrested thirteen people over the last week.
Bucyrus police arrested three people on Oct. 4. Twenty-seven-year-old Joseph Phillips, of Failor Street, was arrested for possessing drug paraphernalia. He was released pending a court appearance. Officers arrested two women, twenty-two-year-old Shelbi J. Watson and eighteen-year-old Paige L. Jones, at Walmart for theft. Both women were issued a court date and released.
Thirty-one-year-old James Tong was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct by intoxication early Saturday morning. He was issued a minor misdemeanor citation and was transported to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held until sober.
The Crawford County Sheriff’s Office arrested Robert Dillon, of Mansfield, Monday morning on two counts of contempt of court. Dillon is being held for court.
Eight people were arrested in Galion between Oct. 2 and Oct. 6. Those arrested included fifty-two-year-old Homer E. Merritt; thirty-year-old Kyle Thomas Gardner; thirty-nine-year-old Jolita D. Myers (public indecency); twenty-year-old Sara Marie Morasco (protection order violation); thirty-one-year-old Jennifer Dawn Damron of Bucyrus; sixty-four-year-old Steven A. Rowan (assault); twenty-four-year-old Joseph Faris Michael McDaniel II; and fifty-five-year-old Clifford Samuel Mace.
