Many of the donated items are distributed to area families through the WIC or Help Me Grow programs at CCPH. Pam Kalb, Contract Manager of the Help Me Grow program, shared with the Board, “We are constantly amazed at the kindness and generosity of our community. Being able to provide families with needed baby supplies and other necessities many of us take for granted is so rewarding. The families are always thankful. We are truly blessed to have businesses and individuals that want the children we serve to feel like our community cares about them. Whether it is burp cloths, diapers, wipes, hand-knitted hats, and blankets, or Christmas presents for the children to open and enjoy, we are truly grateful for each and every donation, big or small.”
