9:05 a.m.-An ankle monitor was found in the 600 block of Woodlawn Avenue and turned over to officers. If you are missing your ankle monitor please visit the police department.

9:25 a.m.-Officers assisted EMS personnel in the 500 block of East Warren Street at the scene of a death by natural cause.

11:06 a.m.-An 18-speed bike was stolen from the 800 block of South Walnut Street.

11:24 a.m.-Officers investigated a report of dirt bikes and four-wheelers being ridden on the roadways in the Lawn and Maple Street area.

1:00 p.m.-An officer spoke to a man about Operation Hope.

3:57 p.m.- A traffic complaint was made of off-road vehicles operating in the area of Lawn Avenue.

4:04 p.m.- A wallet found in the 500 block of South Spring Street was later returned to the owner.

4:30 p.m.- A welfare check was requested in the 900 block of Faustina Avenue.

4:40 p.m.- A suspicious person was reported in the 100 block of East Mansfield Street. The man was making a video.

4:45 p.m.-A person was reported trespassing in the 200 block of East Rensselaer Street.

6:25 p.m.- A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 100 block of North Spring Street. An occupant of a blue SUV was reportedly acting in excited delirium. Officers made contact and the man was fine.

7:10 p.m.- A juvenile complaint of kids possibly trespassing on railroad property was taken on South Highland Avenue.

7:36 p.m.- A 911 hang up was investigated in the area of Galen and Poplar Streets. No incident was located.

8:41 p.m.- An animal complaint of persistent dog barking was made on West Rensselaer Street.

8:55 p.m.- A welfare check was requested in the 700 block of Plymouth Street.

4:15 a.m.-Officers checked the 900 block of East Mansfield Street after receiving a report of a suspicious male walking in the alleyway carrying a rifle. No one was located in the area and officers were unable to locate any type of disturbance.
