BUCYRUS―After several calls to a residence in the 300 block of Lawn Avenue, Bucyrus Police officers arrested a man for domestic violence.

At 9:54 a.m. Monday, Raymond S. Blankenship, 49, was arrested on the charge and taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.

7:13 a.m.-A report of a domestic dispute in the 300 block of Lawn Avenue was investigated.

7:22 a.m.-Officers investigated a report of gunshots heard in the area of Heritage Circle. No evidence of gunfire was located.

8:06 a.m.-Officers investigated a domestic dispute in the 300 block of Lawn Avenue.

9:16 a.m.-A vehicle that had been reported stolen on January 8, 2020, was located in the 100 block of North Lane Street.

9:33 a.m.-An East Warren Street resident reported vandalism to his vehicle overnight.

9:48 a.m.-Officers assisted a disabled motorist in the area of Marion Road and Pinewood Court.

3:08 p.m.-A report of loud music in the 400 block of Hopley Avenue was investigated.

5:01 p.m.-Officers assisted the Bucyrus Fire Department in the 600 block of South Sandusky Avenue. A motorist was stuck inside the car wash and Bucyrus Firefighters helped her out.

5:40 p.m.-Officers assisted the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office in the 100 block of East Mary Street.

6:19 p.m.-A 911 hang-up call was investigated in the East Charles and Wiley Street area.

6:47 p.m.-Officers investigated a trespassing incident in the 900 block of Whetstone Street.

7:13 p.m.-Officers responded to a juvenile complaint in the Plymouth and Sherman Street area. The juvenile was reunited with their parents.

7:23 p.m.-Officers were looking for subjects for CCSO and Rebecca Kiess, 34, was arrested in the 100 block of East Mary Street. She was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held until court appearance.

7:42 p.m.-A written traffic warning was issued in the 400 block of North Sandusky Avenue.

7:50 p.m.-Officers investigated a suspicious vehicle report in the East Mansfield and Lane Street area.

9:05 p.m.-A person stopped at the station to report telecommunications harassment.

10:57 p.m.-A report of credit card fraud at Kroger was investigated.

4:27 a.m.-Officers checked the 1000 block of East Beal Avenue after a resident in the area thought she heard someone calling for help. No one was located in the area needing assistance.

6:28 a.m.-Officers assisted EMS personnel in the 500 block of Kaler Avenue.
