Dear Mayor and City Council Member,
The Bucyrus Area Safety Council would like to thank our Bucyrus Police Chief Dave Koepke for hosting the “Safety Service Roundtable” as the program for our November 11, 2014 meeting. Tim Flock of the Emergency Management of Crawford County, Mr. Jeff Wagner Safety Service Director, Bucyrus Fire Chief Jay Keller, Sherriff Scott Kent, Officer Tom Walker, Mrs. Eunice Colene, Lt. John Schiefer of the Bucyrus Fire Department and Dave Kozer were the panel that engaged in educating our Safety Council in the arena of public safety for our area business, government and education representatives. We learned how all of these public service agencies work independently and work as a team to react to information and as well as actual emergencies in our community. Our questions were answered and suggestions given as to how we can help the effectiveness of our Safety Service Professionals were given by your representatives. Our Safety Council would like to thank all of these individuals for the thoughtful and interesting learning experience. We also would like to recognize the support of the Mayor and City Council members for supporting this event, the “Safety Service Roundtable” by allowing all of these individuals to participate in the program.
