Judge To Parents: “You’ll Get Your Prodigal Son…Just Not Today”

Nicolas Buell, 22, of Galion, was sentenced to 12 years and five months in prison Thursday after pleading guilty to a 16-count indictment in Crawford County Common Pleas Court. Buell’s charges involved importuning and producing and distributing material harmful to a juvenile.

Bucyrus man heading to prison after violating probation

Michael Banks, 28, of Bucyrus, was sentenced to 12 months in prison as a result of violating the conditions of his community control. Banks turned himself in after seeing an article on Crawford County Now’s website saying he was being sought for the violation.
