The Galion City Council has scheduled a special meeting for Friday at 6:30 p.m.
On the agenda are two pieces of legislation. Ordinance 2014-32, which deals with the Efficiency Smart program, will be considered for a third reading. An ordinance amending 2014 appropriations will heard for a first reading.
