Eugene Calvin Biddle, Jr., 61, of Galion passed away April 1, 2019 at home.

Born November 7, 1957 in Washington, Ind., he was the son of the late Eugene Calvin Biddle, Sr. and Barbara (Spriggs) Biddle of Galion.

He was a graduate of Galion High School in 1976 and previously worked as a guard at Cooper & Schmidt Security, he then worked for the former Sun TV and then ABC Warehouse where he worked in sales.  Calvin was an avid HAMM Radio operator with the call letters of KC8YNE, he also enjoyed classic cars and was a member of the Crawford County Coon Hunters.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by a sisters, Lois Biddle of Galion and Jackie Hancock of Galion, nephew, Brian Hancock of Galion, two great nephews, Brandon and Joshua Hancock and a great niece, Kaylee Hancock, foster brother, Paul Biddle of Morehead, KY, his nurse, Deb Lamon and caregiver, Shawntel McIe.

In addition to his father he was preceded in death by his sister, Dietra Biddle.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 6, 2019 at Richardson Davis Chapel of Snyder Funeral Homes, 218 South Market St., Galion, Ohio 44833 where services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, with Pastor Chris Stewart officiating. Burial will follow at Iberia Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to Nationwide Children’s Hospital in care of the funeral home.
