CRESTLINE — Crestline Village Council met in a short session Monday evening for its regular meeting.
Council passed two pieces of legislation and had a first reading of another.
Council unanimously voted to approve Village Administrator John Rostash’s appointment of Cynthia J. Hatfield as a full-time member of the village’s administrative support staff.
After a third reading, council passed an ordinance granting the director of transportation authority to maintain state highways inside the village corporation limits.
Council member and finance committee chair Gene Toy will host a committee meeting March 18 at 6 p.m., before the regular council meeting at 6:30 p.m., to discuss proposals by Crestline Police Chief Jeff Shook and Rostash to change the pay scale for the police officer and water treatment plant supervisor positions.
