9:06 a.m.-Officers assisted a person experiencing mental issues in the 1000 block of Hopley Avenue.

10:13 a.m.-A parking complaint in the 700 block of West Perry Street was investigated.

12:01 p.m.-A disturbance in the area of Spring and Rensselaer Streets was investigated. Kaylie Phillips, 22, was arrested for possessing drug abuse instruments. She was released pending a court appearance.

1:44 p.m.-Officers made a welfare check in the 1400 block of Woodlawn Avenue.

3:07 p.m.- A welfare check was requested in the 500 block of South East Street.

3:15 p.m.- A domestic dispute was investigated in the 500 block of South Sandusky Avenue.

3:41 p.m.- Officers checked on a young child alone in the area of Wingert and Irving Streets.

4:39 p.m.- A traffic complaint was investigated in the 300 block of North Sandusky Avenue.

4:49 p.m.- Officers assisted Portsmouth Ambulance in the 300 block of East Warren Street.

6:09 p.m.- Officers assisted Portsmouth Ambulance in the 600 block of Woodlawn Avenue.

6:17 p.m.- A welfare check was requested in the 1200 block of South Sandusky Avenue.

6:28 p.m.- A custody issue was reported at the police department.

6:35 p.m.- A parking complaint was made in the area of North Sandusky Avenue and Mary Street.

7:41 p.m.- A domestic dispute was investigated in the 800 block of Faustina Avenue.

9:29 p.m.-A loud music complaint was investigated in the 1000 block of Maple Street.

10:46 p.m.-James Parker, 38, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct by intoxication. He was issued a minor misdemeanor citation and taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held until sober.

11:53 p.m.-A resident in the area of Waterford Glen reported they had seen someone in their vehicle.  Nothing was reported missing and the person was not located.

12:31 a.m.-Officers responded with EMS personnel to a medical emergency in the 900 block of West Southern Avenue.

3:19 a.m.-Officers received reports from multiple locations about a suspicious male in a black mask uptown. Officers made contact with the person who advised he was just out for a walk. The mask was found to be normal winter wear to protect him from the rain and cold.

4:03 a.m.-A resident of Waterford Glen reported her vehicle damaged while parked at her residence overnight.
