7:10 a.m.-A report of a suspicious vehicle in the 500 block of Gill Avenue was investigated.
9:12 a.m.-A report of an unruly juvenile in the 200 block of Clymer Avenue was investigated.
9:50 a.m.-A report of the theft of utilities by the city’s meter department was investigated in the 100 block of North Union Street.
12:53 p.m.-A domestic dispute in progress was investigated in the 500 block of Galion Arms. Tracey M. Horsley and Vincent W. Horsley were each charged with domestic violence and endangering children. They were arrested and taken to the Crawford County Justice Center.
2:43 p.m.-A message was delivered to a resident in the 300 block of South Boston Street for the Sandusky County Sheriff’s Office.
4:01 p.m.-A report of drug activity in the South Market Street area was investigated.
8:33 p.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 600 block of South Market Street.
8:35 a.m.-Jeremy Gilbert was arrested on a warrant out of the Ontario Police Department in the 1200 block of East Walnut Street.
10:57 p.m.-A report of loud music coming from a vehicle in the 100 block of East Church Street.
