7:15 a.m.-Coldan S. Draper was issued a citation for speeding on Charles Street.

7:45 a.m.-Mariah J. ox was issued a citation for speeding on West Church Street.

11:54 a.m.-A Bel Air Drive resident reported receiving threatening phone calls.

2:06 p.m.-A report of a small child walking around unattended in the 400 block of Libby Lane was investigated. The child appeared to be fine and was reunited with his parents.

2:52 p.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 1200 block of East Walnut Street.

2:59 p.m.-A report of a fight at Heise Park was investigated and it turned out to be a verbal argument.

6:30 p.m.-A report of a missing juvenile was investigated in the 900 block of Charles Street.

6:50 p.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 7700 block of Ohio 309.

10:42 p.m.-Donald Denton was issued a citation for driving under suspension and expired tags in the 1100 block of North Market Street.

10:44 p.m.-Nicole M. Taylor, 24, Bucyrus, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant in the 900 block of Charles Street.

12:11 a.m.-A Harding Way East resident reported a woman at their house that was threatened by a neighbor.

1:52 a.m.-A report of a fight at the Rainbow Motel was investigated.

6:54 a.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 500 block of Harding Way East.

10 a.m.-A domestic dispute in progress was investigated in the 400 block of Grand Street and Michael E. Bailey was arrested for domestic violence and unlawful restraint.

1:57 p.m.-A resident in the 900 block of Charles Street reported a vehicle stolen.

4:13 p.m.-A report of an unruly juvenile was investigated and mediated in the 800 block of Harding Way West.

5:15 p.m.-A North Market Street resident reported vandalism to a vehicle.

7:36 p.m.-Kyle Bodnar was issued a citation for reckless operation of a vehicle in the 600 block of Crew Avenue.

7:53 p.m.-A report of shots fired in the 300 block of Orange Street was investigated and police searched several locations for the suspect. The man, Matthew B. Norman, was arrested at a later time.

10:52 p.m.-Employees at El Tarasco reported a customer left without paying their bill.

1:52 a.m.-Officers assisted EMS personnel with a person that was having difficulty breathing in the Mardo Lane area.

12:31 p.m.-Matthew Norman was arrested on several charges including domestic violence and dislodging a firearm within city limits.

2:30 p.m.-Kyle S. Jackson was issued a citation for driving under suspension in the 600 block of Harding Way East.

5:34 a.m.-David E. Brown was issued a citation for speeding on South Market Street.

6:45 a.m.-McKenzie E. Layland was issued a citation for speeding in the 800 block of Portland Way North.

11:21 a.m.-Michael J. Mercurio was issued a citation for driving under suspension on Fairview Avenue.

11:57 a.m.-Officers assisted Children Services personnel in the 100 block of Third Avenue.

12:05 p.m.-A welfare check was conducted in the 400 block of Harding Way West and the person was fine.

2:36 p.m.-Jonathan Shank was arrested in the 1200 block of Smith Street on a warrant and released to Mansfield Police.

3:20 p.m.-A disturbance was investigated in the 900 block of Charles Street and two people were warned against trespassing.

5:29 p.m.-A report of two people walking on the railroad tracks near Parson Street were warned about trespassing.

8:44 p.m.-Officers attempted to relay a message for the Crawford County Justice Center to a resident in the 300 block of Orange Street but were unable to make contact with the person.

10:37 p.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 1400 block of Baehr Street.
