7:34 a.m.-Officers assisted Ohio State Patrol units with a car-deer accident on Ohio 98.

8:57 a.m.-Officers investigated a report of vandalism to a fence.  It appears the fence was set on fire.

11:21 a.m.-Officers warned a woman who was reportedly panhandling in the East Mansfield Street and  Stetzer Road area.

1:00 p.m.-Officers spoke to a woman in the 800 block of South Sandusky Avenue who reported her purse stolen. The purse may have been left at another location.

1:03 p.m.-Officers conducted a civil standby in the Woodbine Apartment area.

1:41 p.m.-A West Mary Street resident reported medication stolen from her home sometime in the past week.

1:59 p.m.-Officers investigated a report of a disorderly man at Walmart. He was escorted off the premises.

2:24 p.m.-A report of a bicyclist riding through stop signs and pulling out in front of traffic on South Poplar and Charles Streets was taken. Officers were unable to locate the person.

3:15 p.m.- Officers assisted a person needing a room for the night.

3:22 p.m.- A vandalism report was taken in the 1000 block of Martha Avenue.

3:28 p.m.- Officers assisted EMS in the 300 block of West Mansfield Street with an overdose.

3:33 p.m.- Officers assisted Life Support Team EMS in the 1000 block of Mary Ann Lane.

3:45 p.m.- A theft report was made at the police department.

3:45 p.m.- A two-vehicle accident was reported in the 100 block of South East Street.

4:14 p.m.- A report of a suspicious person in the 500 block of North Sandusky Avenue was made.

4:29 p.m.- A message was delivered in the 100 block of Williams Street.

5:21 p.m.- A civil standby was requested in the 100 block of Williams Street.

5:32 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve a warrant.

5:37 p.m.- Paul Clevenger, 18, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant in the 500 block of South Poplar Street. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.

6:25 p.m.-  A traffic complaint was investigated in the 1600 block of Marion Road.

6:34 p.m.- A private property accident was investigated in the 500 block of South Sandusky Avenue.

8:29 p.m.- Ricky A. Welsch Jr., 43, was arrested in the 1500 block of North Sandusky Avenue for breaking and entering and possession of criminal tools.
