7:58 a.m.-A report of a dog running loose in the area of Charles Street and South Sandusky Avenue was investigated.
8:03 a.m.-A person came to the station to report a possible assault.
8:10 a.m.-Officers mediated a domestic situation in the 900 block of South Highland Avenue.
8:39 a.m.-A Wallace Avenue resident reported being bitten by her own dog.
8:45 a.m.-Officers took a vandal complaint in the 800 block of South Sandusky Avenue.
9:51 a.m.-The Humane Society was contacted after a report of a dog being hit by a car was received. The dog was gone upon officer’s arrival.
11:09 a.m.-A report of illegal dumping in the 1300 block of Whetstone Street was unfounded.
11:51 a.m.-Officers warned a tree cutter to move his trailer that was blocking a driveway in the 800 block of South Sandusky Avenue.
11:57 a.m.-A report of a person laying on the ground in the 200 block of Iron Street was investigated. The male was okay and had permission to be there.
12:56 p.m.-Officers made a welfare check in the 400 block of McKinley Avenue.
3:06 p.m.- A three-vehicle accident was investigated in the area of Southern Avenue and Poplar Street.
4:29 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve an income tax summons.
5:10 p.m.- A disturbance was investigated in the 300 block of East Warren Street.
5:15 p.m.-A disturbance was investigated in the 100 block of Washington Square.
5:20 p.m.-Officers assisted Life Support Team EMS in the 400 block of Dudley Street.
5:26 p.m.-A disturbance was investigated in the 1700 block of Whetstone Street.
6:07 p.m.- A welfare check was requested in the 1500 block of West Southern Avenue.
6:20 p.m.- A theft report was taken at the police department.
6:27 p.m.- Officers assisted Life Support Team EMS in the 1500 block of North Sandusky Avenue.
6:33 p.m.-Joshua Rankins, 24, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant in the 600 block of East Warren Street. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.
7:36 p.m.-A report of suspicious people in the 500 block of West Mary Street was investigated.
8:29 p.m.- A disturbance was investigated in the 500 block of South Spring Street.
8:41 p.m.- A report of a domestic dispute was investigated in the 200 block of Woodlawn Avenue.
10:19 p.m.- Joelena Dunn, 22, was arrested for disorderly conduct. She was issued a criminal summons and released with a court date.
10:19 p.m.-Noah Thornton, 30, was arrested for operating a vehicle under the influence, possession of drugs and cited for operating without a valid license. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to await a court appearance.
11:06 p.m.-Officers assisted a resident with a bat in her home in the 800 block of Rogers Street.
