Congratulations to the High School Football week #1 Spitzer Motors Game Changer, Isaiah Alsip of Galion High School.
In the Tigers’ first offensive possession of the game vs. Bucyrus, quarterback Elias Middleton found a wide-open Alsip for a 45-yard pass putting the Redmen on their heels defensively for the rest of the half.
Galion proceeded to jump out to a three-touchdown lead in the first half, and soundly defeated Bucyrus for the 10th straight time, 37-13.
Alsip ended the game with more than 100 yards receiving and two scores.
The McDonald’s players of the game were Elias Middleton of Galion and Devon Newland of Bucyrus.
