CLYDE — Reece Zeigler won the Sleepy Hollow Open golf tournament on July 12.
Zeigler, a junior this fall at Bucyrus High School, carded a 76 to edge Norwalk graduate Branden Nunez, who shot 77. The competition was open to boys ages 17-19.
The tournament was one of 15 for both boys and girls sponsored by the Lake Erie Junior Golf Association.
Sleepy Hollow is a par 71 course and Zeigler’s winning round included two birdies and 11 pars.
