9:33 a.m.-A report of a vicious dog in the Taco Bell lot was investigated. The owner arrived and claimed the dog.
10:44 a.m.-A Marion Road resident requested an officer to discuss a case that is under investigation.
11:25 a.m.-Officers are investigating a fraud complaint received from the 300 block of South Walnut Street.
12:16 p.m.-A report of a domestic dispute in the 500 block of Whetstone Street was investigated.
1:06 p.m.-A power outage in the north end of town caused issues with traffic lights and railroad crossings.
1:56 p.m.-A report of a domestic dispute in the 500 block of Whetstone Street was investigated.
2:06 p.m.-Officers spoke with a person at the station regarding a disturbance that occurred yesterday.
2:36 p.m.-A Charlotte Street resident spoke with an officer regarding a property issue.
5:57 p.m.-A customer at Duke & Duchess reported finding possible drugs in the parking lot. Officers retrieved the item and brought it to the police department.
9:00 p.m.-Officers from multiple agencies attempted to execute a search warrant on Charlotte Street for Lloyd Hinton for the investigation of the shooting at Gotham Bar in Marion on July 29. He is still at large. Be on the look-out and please report any credible information. 9:52 p.m.-Officers responded with EMS personnel for a resident experiencing mental issues in the 1700 block of Whetstone Street.
11:19 p.m.-A report of a possible fugitive in the Charlotte Street area was unfounded.
11:22 p.m.-Officers investigated an open line 9-1-1 call in the East Southern Avenue area.

1:03 a.m.-Officers mediated a domestic issue in the 800 block of Woodale Avenue.
1:05 a.m.-A report of a suspicious person in the 400 block of Charlotte Street was investigated.
1:47 a.m.-Joshua Kennedy, 40, was arrested for aggravated menacing, carrying concealed weapons, using weapons while intoxicated and receiving stolen property. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to await a court appearance.
2:02 a.m.-Holly Williams, 26, was arrested for disorderly conduct. She was issued a minor misdemeanor citation and taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held until sober.
5:05 a.m.-Officers responded to an alarm in the 1000 block of Martha Avenue.
