4:28 p.m.-A non-injury accident was investigated in the 700 block of Harding Way West.
6:55 p.m.-Kelsey Schaffer was issued a citation for driving under suspension and Aaron Cole was issued a citation for obstruction of justice in the 300 block of Harding Way East.
9:55 p.m.-Richard L. Castle was arrested for disorderly conduct in the 300 block of North Columbus Street.
10:15 p.m.-Officers assisted EMS with an overdose in the 500 block of Kroft Street.
11:45 p.m.-A report of a stolen debit card being used at Moto Mart was investigated.

5 p.m. to approximately 9 p.m.-Officers removed debris from roadways and contacted the line department about downed wires throughout the city from high winds.
11:01 p.m.-A report of two highly intoxicated males was investigated in the 200 block of Harding Way East.
