Fatal crash under investigation

NEWS RELEASE:

A fatal crash that occurred on Wednesday afternoon is under investigation by the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office.

The two-vehicle crash occurred at 2:18 p.m. on State Route 19, east of State Route 100, and involved a black Chevy 1500 pick up truck and a gray Saturn.

Deputies were assisted at the scene by the Bucyrus Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Life Support Team EMS, Medflight and Whetstone Township Fire and EMS.

No other details are being released at this time by the Sheriff’s Office.
