7:47 a.m.- Officers spoke to a man in the 800 block of Hopley Avenue regarding a dog problem.
9:10 a.m.- Officers investigated an accident in which a vehicle struck two parked cars in the parking lot of the hospital. The vehicle that crashed into the two parked cars was disabled and towed from the scene.
9:54 a.m.- Officers spoke to a man in the 800 block of East Mansfield Street regarding abandoned vehicles.
10:34 a.m.- Officers checked the welfare of a man experiencing mental health issues in the Bucyrus Plaza area.
11:22 a.m.- A report of a hit-skip accident in the alley between the Crawford County Courthouse and FC Bank was investigated.
11:58 a.m.- Officers checked the welfare of a child for children services in the 100 block of W. Irving.
2:41 p.m.- Officers investigated an accident in the 100 block of South Walnut Street where a vehicle struck two parked cars. The driver advised he overcorrected and was cited for failure to control.
3:12 p.m.- A one-vehicle accident was investigated in the 5000 block of North Lane Street. A motorist lost a wheel and went off the road into a fence at Harmon Park Soccer field causing minor damage to a perimeter fence. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
6:37 p.m.- Officers assisted a male in the 300 block of Songer Avenue.
7:28 p.m.- Roger Bowman, 51, was arrested out of a traffic stop at North Sandusky Avenue and Perry Street for operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
9:24 p.m.- A report of a possible breaking and entering in the 700 block of Plymouth Street was investigated.
9:47 p.m.- Simon Singer, 30, was arrested in the 500 block of East Mansfield Street on a warrant out of Crawford County. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held.
10:03 p.m.- A report of a male trespassing at Bucyrus Plaza was investigated.
10:42 p.m.- A resident in the 1500 block of East Mansfield Street reported two cell phones missing.
11:05 p.m.- A report of a possible breaking and entering in the 700 block of Plymouth Street was unfounded, it was a family disturbance.

12:27 a.m.- Officers mediated a domestic issue in the 900 block of Earl Street.
2:01 a.m.- A report of a suspicious person in the 1200 block of Southland Avenue was investigated.
3:20 a.m.- A traffic stop and warning was given on Washington Square. Larry Smith, 37, was arrested on a warrant out of Crawford County. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held.
