8:27 a.m.- Officers made a welfare check in the 100 block of Emerson Street.

3:20 p.m.- A report of kids walking in the roadway impeding traffic was investigated in the area of Spring and Charles Streets.

4:32 p.m.- A resident in the 1100 block of East Mansfield Street reported receiving unwanted phone calls from someone she knows.

4:53 p.m.- An employee at UDF reported a gas drive-off from the business.

6:28 p.m.- Officers responded to a domestic violence complaint on Wallace Avenue. Henry Howell, 22, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence and a Crawford County warrant.  He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.

12:23 a.m.- Officers assisted EMS in the 600 block of West Oakwood Avenue with entry to aid a resident.

12:46 a.m.- Officers on patrol investigated a suspicious vehicle parked at Aumiller Park. The owner was advised the park was closed and sent on her way.

12:53 a.m.- A bicyclist was given a warning for no lights on his bicycle in the West Mansfield Street area.

6:51 a.m.- Officer investigated a report of a resident being scammed to obtain gift cards for an unknown third party at an unknown location.
