2:07 p.m.- An employee of Walmart reported a shoplifting that occurred overnight.
3:06 p.m.- Officers spoke to a subject at the police department about a civil issue.
3:28 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve income tax summons in the 1100 block of Dean Street.
3:29 p.m.- A report of a breaking and entering in the 1100 block of Tiffin Street was made.
3:38 p.m.- A verbal warning was issued for trespassing on the railroad tracks on Whetstone Street.
3:58 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve income tax summons in the 500 block of South East Street.
4:05 p.m.- Officers assisted the Water Department in the 500 block of Prospect Street.
4:17 p.m.- A report of a disturbance was made in the 1700 block of Whetstone Street.
4:31 p.m.- A suspicious person was reported in the 100 block of Whetstone Street.
4:50 p.m.- One income tax summons was served in the 200 block of Lane Street.
4:59 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve income tax summons in the 300 block of Clinton Street.
5:23 p.m.- An East Rensselaer Street resident reported an unauthorized use of their vehicle.
5:55 p.m.- Three income tax summons were served in the 700 block of East Oakwood Avenue.
6:32 p.m.- An assault report was taken in the 400 block of North Walnut Street.
7:43 p.m.- A disturbance was reported in the 400 block of North Sandusky Avenue.
9:21 p.m.- A suspicious vehicle was investigated in the 700 block of East Rensselaer Street.
10:21 p.m.- A resident in the 1500 block of East Mansfield Street reported his residence broken into and an Xbox stolen.
10:39 p.m.- Officers assisted OSP troopers in searching for a person from an accident in the area of East Mansfield Street.
