NEVADA – The Wyandot County Sheriff’s Office recently released information on a drug bust in Nevada. Two arrests were made in the 12000 block of TH 133 in Antrim Township in Wyandot County on Sept. 22.
Detectives recovered firearms and more than 5 ounces of methamphetamines as well as other illegal drugs, according to a detective’s report.
Roger A. Massie and Dennis Thoroughman were arrested and held at the Wyandot County Sheriff’s Office.
Massie is being held on a $150,000 bond and Thoroughman was being held on a $15,000 bond, according to Wyandot County Sheriff Mike Hetzel. Hetzel said Thoroughman posted bond in Upper Sandusky Municipal Court on Monday, Sept. 25.
The detective’s report says the arrests were a result of a three-month investigation by the Wyandot County Sheriff’s Office, Upper Sandusky and Carey police departments, Ohio State Highway Patrol and METRICH Enforcement Unit.
