The Crawford County CHIP Program is now accepting applications for the fifth round of Owner Rehabs starting June 1 and running through June 23. Owner Rehabilitation is intended to correct sub-standard conditions throughout the house so that the homes are safe, healthy, durable, energy efficient and affordable. This is an income-based program.
