The Buckeye Central Buckettes keep their season rolling along in high style Thursday night as they defeated the Danbury Lady Lakers 78-37, in the Division IV district semi-final in Attica.

The Buckettes erupted offensively and posted four players in double digits and nine in all in the scoring column. Jenna Karl paced Buckeye with 16 points and 8 rebounds. Izzy Biglin and Erin Baldosser each scored 13, with Courtney Pifher adding 10 off the bench.

The victory allows Buckeye Central to advance to the district championship tilt on Saturday against the St. Paul Lady Flyers. That game is slated for 7 p.m. at Seneca East High School. The game will be broadcast live on both Iconic Rock Q 92.7 FM and online at www.wqel.com.
