The City of Bucyrus Utility Department announced late Thursday afternoon that a boil advisory is in effect for a portion of the city.
Residents on South East Street from Short Street to East Southern Avenue and all of Nora Street should boil their drinking water until further notice. There is a water break in these areas. All other areas of the city are safe to use.
