Culverts are the reason two state highways in Crawford County have closures this week that force motorists to take detours.
Ohio 19 between Iberia Road and Ohio 602 remains closed for repairs to a culvert there. That closure has been in effect since the beginning of June and the road is expected to reopen June 30.
Ohio 103 south of Scott Road was closed Monday for a culvert replacement. The Ohio 103 project is expected to be completed and that road reopened by Friday.
