Out of 13 people arraigned Monday in Crawford County Common Pleas Court, 10 of them are charged with drug-related felonies.

Included in those drug-related cases are charges against a husband and wife. Both Crystal Dean and William Dean are charged with possession. William Dean faces two counts. Crystal Dean’s bond from Municipal Court was continued and William Dean’s bond was set at $25,000.

Non-drug cases included Teresa Artrip who is charged with forgery, Carl Wiggins who is charged with having weapons under disability, and Stephan Fletcher who is charged with receiving stolen property.

Others arraigned Monday included Kelly Johnson, Courtney McRoberts, Shannon Evans, Alex Straub, Tabatha Roberts, Charles Tyler, Jimmy Potter who pleaded guilty, and Donna Stall (see afternoon court story).

In other court news Paul Blankenship was placed on community control for five years after he pleaded guilty to a felony five theft charge. Blankenship was also fined $1,250.
