BUCYRUS, OH (CRAWFORD COUNTY NOW)—The Crawford County Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce that Becky Lutz has been appointed as the Executive Director of the organization.

Lutz has served in the interim role over the past several months, demonstrating exceptional leadership, dedication to local businesses, and a strong commitment to strengthening community partnerships across Crawford County. Her passion for the community has helped guide the Chamber through a period of growth, increased engagement, and strategic development.

“We are thrilled to have Becky step into this role permanently,” said the Chamber Board President, Matt Horn. “Her vision, energy, and deep understanding of our business community make her the ideal leader to continue moving the Chamber forward.”

As Executive Director, Lutz will continue expanding membership initiatives, supporting economic development, and enhancing opportunities that connect businesses, residents, and community partners throughout Crawford County.

Heather Martin, as Media & Events Coordinator, will continue enhancing the Chamber’s visibility, overseeing community programming, and supporting member engagement through media outreach and event development.

Jessica Karcher, as Systems Lead Operator, will continue optimizing internal processes, managing membership systems, and ensuring streamlined operations that support the Chamber’s growing programming and services.

Together, Lutz, Martin, and Karcher form a strong leadership team committed to elevating the Chamber’s impact across Crawford County.

“I’m honored to continue serving our community in this capacity,” Lutz said. “Crawford County is full of talented entrepreneurs, dedicated leaders, and incredible opportunities. I’m grateful to work alongside Heather and Jessica as we support and grow our local business community.”
