The Galion City Health Department will have a flu clinic 9-11 a.m. and 1-3 p.m. next Monday, Dec. 7, at the Galion Golden Age Center.
Those using insurance must provide their current insurance cards at the time of service. If the patient has multiple insurance carriers, insurance cards from each must be provided.
Children who are 18-years-old and younger will not be denied services due to the inability to pay.
